











Dr. Al Marhoubi has over 20 years of leadership experience across government and private sectors, including serving as CFO and Head of Risk Management at OMIFCO. He served as Chairman of the Arab Fertilizer Association (2024–2025) and is currently an active member of the GPCA AgriNutrients Committee.
Holds a DBA from Cyprus International University, an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Sultan Qaboos University.

Mr. Al Hashami brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in finance, covering stakeholder relations, audits, tax, and insurance. He oversees multiple departments, including Finance, IT, Administration, and Risk & Compliance, supporting governance and operational efficiency.
Certified accountant and a member of the Arab Society of Certified Accountants.

Mr. Khan joined OMIFCO in 2022 as Director of Operations, where he has driven significant improvements in performance, reliability, and safety. He has over 35 years of experience in plant operations and process engineering and previously served as Executive Director (Technical) at KRIBHCO.
Holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT and an MBA in Finance.

Mr. Al Maawali has over 20 years of experience in ammonia plant operations and technical services, with expertise spanning process engineering, projects, inspection, and laboratory services. He has progressed through operational and engineering roles to lead the Technical Services function.
Holds an MSc in Project Management from the University of Aberdeen and a BEng in Chemical Process Engineering from the University of Sheffield.

Mr. Al Masroori joined OMIFCO in 2004 and currently serves as Chairman of the Arab Fertilizer Association HSE Committee. He began his career in government before leading major environmental and sustainability initiatives in Muscat and Sur. He has been a key contributor to OMIFCO's integrated plant, jetty, and marine security system.
Holds a BSc from Sultan Qaboos University.

Mr. Al Farsi joined OMIFCO in 2007 and brings nearly 30 years of experience across government, procurement, contracts, and supply chain leadership. He has contributed to the GPCA AgriNutrients Committee since 2021.
Holds an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire along with advanced certifications in negotiation, contract management, and leadership.

Mr. Al Salmi joined OMIFCO in 2009 and serves as General Manager of People & Culture, driving engagement, inclusion, and workplace culture. He brings over two decades of experience in HR, administration, and audit across public and private sectors.
Graduate of Arkansas State University and is focused on building a positive and empowering work environment.

Mr. Al Kiyumi has over 20 years of experience in plant maintenance and engineering and has been with OMIFCO since 2004. He has progressed through operational roles to lead the Maintenance function, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities, as well as major turnaround programmes and reliability improvements.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University.

Mr. Al Asmi brings more than 25 years of experience across production and operations management in the fertiliser, petrochemical, and oil and gas sectors. He joined OMIFCO in 2015 following roles at Petroleum Development Oman and Dow Chemical. As General Manager of Production, he is responsible for plant operations, performance, and safety.
Holds a degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Sheffield.

Mr. Garg has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, and corporate governance. Joined OMIFCO in 2021 and currently serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors, coordinating Board and Committee meetings, handling and overseeing governance and regulatory compliance. He previously held senior finance roles at IFFCO, including international assignments.
